Get Started – Are you an accredited investor?

The U.S. EB-5 program is open only to individuals who meet the requirements of “accredited investors” under U.S. securities laws. In order to qualify as an accredited investor, individuals must meet the income test below. If you are ready to get started, please complete the following questions and a Nysa EB-5 representative will follow up with you within two business days.

Please indicate whether you are an “accredited investor” as defined in Regulation D promulgated under the U.S. Securities Act. I am a natural person and:

Had an individual annual income in each of the two most recent years in excess of US $200,000, and reasonably expect to have an individual annual income in the current year in excess of US $200,000.
