In addition, Nysa EB-5 is regional-center “agnostic,” giving us the flexibility to select qualified EB-5 regional centers with which to associate our projects, providing our investors a considerable advantage. Project Submission
Regional centers and developers submit potential projects to Nysa EB-5.
Initial Screening
Nysa EB-5 performs due diligence on developer and project capital stack.
Detailed Review
Project sent to review committee for in-depth analysis.
Selection/Approval
Project is approved and Nysa EB-5 begins process of preparing project for release.
