Great Salt Lake Lithium Extraction Project

Lilac Solutions, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Waterleaf PI HoldCo, LLC, is developing a 20,000-metric ton per annum lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) project on the North Arm of the Great Salt Lake in Utah. The project will be developed in two phases with construction of phase one to begin in the first quarter of 2026. Phase one has a capacity of 5,000 metric tons per annum LCE. The project will extract lithium directly from Great Salt Lake brine using Lilac’s industry-leading ion exchange (IX) technology.
