Akerman is a leading transactions and trial law firm known for its strength in middle-market mergers and acquisitions within the financial services and real estate industries. BCW Securities

BCW Securities is a wholly owned subsidiary of Riverside Management Group, a U.S. broker-dealer specializing in private-placement transactions through the sale of securities. Riverside Management Group is a merchant banking boutique founded in 1996 that provides financial advisory services to companies, funds and entrepreneurs. Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP

Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ EB-5 team is one of the largest and most respected EB-5 practices in the world. The firm’s EB-5 practice, which includes Chinese-fluent lawyers and paralegals, files hundreds of I-526 petitions for investors each year. Klasko Immigration Law Partners has a breadth of experience representing and working with every stakeholder in the EB-5 visa program, including investors, regional centers and project developers. Marcum LLP is a national accounting and advisory services firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurial, middle-market companies and high net worth individuals achieve their goals. Marcum professionals have worked on EB-5 projects around the world and assist the EB-5 investors in gathering all of the data necessary to prepare the Source of Funds Report. This process includes completing an interview questionnaire that will be provided to a local Marcum office or Leading Edge Affiliate in the investor’s home country. The interview questionnaire will request from the investor all the necessary data required by the U.S. government. Marcum reviews the data prior to submission in order to ascertain its completeness and accuracy. In addition, the firm coordinates with and assists an investor’s immigration attorney in making sure that the immigration process proceeds as seamlessly as possible.
